Kombucha Salad Dressing

Not just a salad dressing- great for marinades and added to dips too!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup kombucha (the stronger the better)
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 tbsp. mustard (or better yet, kombucha mustard!)
  • 1/2- 1 tsp. onion or garlic powder (or a mix of the two, to taste)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tbsp. honey (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. dry or 1 tbsp. fresh herbs of your choice (or a combination)- parsley, thyme,
  • oregano, basil, tarragon, etc.
  • dash of cayenne or red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients but olive oil. Using a whisk or immersion blender, slowly drizzle the oil in while blending, until fully incorporated.
  2. Store in refrigerator for up 6 months.
